Consumer: Any person who purchases or uses a digital subscription, activation key, or electronic service through the store.
Digital Products: Digital subscriptions, activation keys, electronic codes, digital accounts, or any non-physical content delivered electronically.
Agreement: These Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between the store and the consumer.
Article Two – Legal Eligibility
The consumer acknowledges that they have full legal capacity or are at least 18 years of age.
The consumer bears full legal responsibility for any violation of this article.
Article Three – Nature of the Store’s Obligation
The store commits to delivering the digital product or activation key in accordance with the description provided at the time of purchase.
The store’s responsibility ends upon electronic delivery of the subscription or activation key and granting the consumer access to it.
Article Four – Rules for Using Digital Products
The consumer must use digital subscriptions and activation keys in compliance with:
The laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The terms and policies of the relevant platforms, games, or service providers
Reselling, sharing, or misusing activation keys or subscriptions in any unauthorized manner is strictly prohibited.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration
The consumer must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
The consumer bears full responsibility for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
Any activity conducted through their account
The store shall not be liable for losses resulting from:
Sharing login credentials
Account compromise due to consumer negligence
The store reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in cases of:
Providing false information
Misuse of services
Violation of this agreement
Article Six – Electronic Communications
The store relies on email and the official communication channels of the Discord server as approved means of communication.
The consumer agrees that electronic communications constitute legally binding evidence.
Article Seven – Amendments and Fees
The store reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time.
Fees may be applied to certain services or subscriptions depending on the product type.
Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Article Eight – Payment and Settlement
Payments are processed through the payment methods approved by the store.
The consumer acknowledges that all products are digital and that order processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
Orders may not be canceled or reversed after delivery of the activation key or subscription.
Article Nine – Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the store and its content are owned by Next Store.
Copying, reproducing, or reusing any content or codes without explicit permission is prohibited.
Article Ten – Store Liability
The store commits to providing lawful and valid digital products.
The store shall not be liable for:
Account suspension by a game company or platform
Misuse of activation keys
Violations of third-party terms and conditions
Article Eleven – Suspension or Termination of Membership
The store reserves the right to suspend or terminate the consumer’s membership without prior notice in the event of a violation of this agreement.
Article Twelve – Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen – General Provisions
The Arabic language shall be the authoritative language for the interpretation of this agreement.
Offers are temporary and subject to modification or cancellation.
This agreement may only be terminated by a decision of the store’s management.
