This policy applies to all digital products offered through Next Store, the official store of the Next Discord Server, including but not limited to:
digital subscriptions, gaming accounts, activation-based content, and electronic services.
Second: Exchange Policy
Without prejudice to statutory and contractual warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to request an exchange of the digital product within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange, the product must not have been activated, used, logged into, or had any of its details modified in any manner whatsoever.
Next Store reserves the full right to conduct technical and administrative verification of the product’s status prior to approving the exchange request.
In the event of a technical error, material defect, or non-conformity with the order caused by Next Store, the store shall replace the product or compensate the consumer at no additional cost.
The consumer shall not be entitled to request an exchange in the following cases:
If the digital product has been activated or used after delivery.
If the product was delivered in full compliance with the agreed specifications.
If the issue resulted from the consumer’s violation of usage terms or platform/game policies.
Digital products that cannot be canceled or returned by nature once delivered.
Third: Refund Policy
The consumer may request contract termination and a refund within 24 hours from the date of product delivery, provided that the product has not been used.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been activated, utilized, or otherwise disposed of in any form.
Next Store reserves the right to inspect and review the product status prior to granting final approval for the refund.
In the event of an error or defect attributable to Next Store, the store shall refund the full amount or provide appropriate compensation at its discretion.
The consumer shall not be entitled to a refund in the following cases:
If the digital product has been activated or used.
If the product is digital in nature and non-refundable once delivered.
If the refund request is due to the consumer’s negligence or misuse.
If the consumer has violated the terms and conditions of the game, platform, or the Next Discord Server.
Fourth: General Provisions
Completion of a purchase through Next Store constitutes explicit and final acceptance of this policy.
Next Store, operated under the Next Discord Server, reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice, provided that the updated version is published through the server’s official channels.
In the event of a dispute, the interpretation of Next Store shall prevail, insofar as it does not conflict with applicable laws and regulations.
